The Group’s flagship company, Capital & Credit
Merchant Bank Limited is listed on both the Jamaica and Trinidad
Stock Exchanges. CCMB is engaged primarily in the business of merchant and
investment banking. The Bank was launched in 1994 with an asset base of
J$30
million, then the smallest of 30 merchant banks operating in Jamaica.
Over the years, CCMB has consistently posted improved results, maintaining a
record of being one of Jamaica’s most profitable and fastest growing merchant
banks. At the end of 2006, the Bank and its subsidiaries (CCSL and CCFM)
recorded consolidated
after-tax profit of J$771.88
million, and J$55.45 billion
in Assets Under Management.

The Company is licensed under the Unit Trust Act, and is regulated by the
Financial Services Commission.

focuses
on providing quick, reliable and safe money transfer services from the United
States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Cayman Islands, Aruba and Curacao,
through its flagship product, Money Express.
Express Remittance Services (Cayman) Ltd is
an associate company domiciled in Cayman and provides money transfer services
from Cayman to Jamaica and other countries primarily under the Money Express
brand.
