Ryland T. Campbell
Chairman and Group
President / CEO
Ryland T. Campbell is a teacher turned Banker, who was educated at the Mico College, the University of the West Indies and Columbia State University.  He has held several executive management positions in commercial and merchant banking during his over 30 years in the Jamaican banking industry. 

Mr. Campbell is a recipient of the Mico College Millennium Award; the Ernst & Young Caribbean Entrepreneur Award 2000 for Financial Services, and has been named to the prestigious International Who's Who – a group of worldwide business and professional leaders.

In April 2006, Mr. Campbell garnered another accolade when he won the Jamaica Observer's Business Leader Award for 2005 for his steadfastness in guiding the Capital & Credit Financial Group along a consistently profitable path, despite the difficulties faced by the Jamaican financial sector.

Mr. Campbell serves as Chairman of the National Health Fund of Jamaica and of the National Development Foundation of Jamaica (a small-business NGO). He is a member of several other Boards including the Council of the University of Technology of Jamaica; the Mico Teachers' College, Nationwide News Network and the Council of Community Colleges.

Mr. Campbell, who has been a Director and Chairman of Capital & Credit Merchant Bank since its inception, is the Chairman/Group President and CEO of the Capital & Credit Financial Group. He is also a Past President of the Rotary Club of Kingston – Downtown and a Paul Harris Fellow.

Andrew Cocking           Deputy Group President,
President of Capital & Credit
Remittance Limited
Andrew Cocking is Deputy Group President of the Capital & Credit Financial Group, as well as President of Capital & Credit Remittance Limited and Express Remittance Services (Cayman) Limited. He is also a Director of the Group’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies. 

As an Investment Banker, Mr. Cocking has held several senior management positions in international and local merchant banks since 1985 after serving in technical positions in private sector firms and government in the United States. He is Deputy Chairman of the Students' Loan Bureau and sits on the Board of Directors of Cable & Wireless (Jamaica) Limited.  He is also a past President of the Association of Licensed Financial Institutions.  Mr. Cocking is a Civil Engineer who holds an M.Sc. in Management and Public Policy from Carnegie-Mellon University.

In 1999, Mr. Cocking was named to the International Who's Who - a select group of leaders in the professional arena.

Both Mr. Ryland T. Campbell and Mr. Andrew Cocking are joint recipients of the Caribbean Entrepreneur of the Year 2000 award in Financial Services and as such became members of the International Entrepreneur of The Year Institute.

Curtis Martin
Deputy Group President and
President & CEO - CCMB and
CCSL
Curtis Martin is Deputy Group President of the Capital & Credit Financial Group, as well as President & CEO of Capital & Credit Merchant Bank (CCMB) and Capital & Credit Securities Ltd. (CCSL). He is an Investment Banker with over 23 years experience in the financial services sector.  As Bank President, Mr. Martin has responsibility for CCMB’s strategic and operational development, and its day-to-day management. 

Mr. Martin is the company's sector representative on matters of Government relations, and also deals with industry regulators and supervisors in this capacity. In June 2006 he was appointed Chairman of the Jamaica Stock Exchange. He is also CCSL’s seat holder on the JSE. Mr. Martin holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Rosalie Deane
Snr. Vice-President Business Strategy & Development
As Senior Vice-President, Business Strategy & Development, Rosalie Deane has responsibility for formulating, directing and implementing the strategic and corporate plans of the Capital & Credit Financial Group.

In this capacity, Mrs. Deane will  spearhead the drive to identify new and emerging financial products and services. She will also oversee the conduct of market environment scans locally and globally, in order to identify and report on new market trends and technological developments; ensure the highest levels of customer experience and satisfaction; and guarantee that the operations of the Group are kept at an optimal efficiency level.

Mrs. Deane holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Management Studies. She also has extensive experience in the areas of Project Management, Financial Management Information Systems, as well as Insurance Information Systems.

Jennifer Anderson
Snr. Vice-President Human Resources & Administration
Jennifer E. Anderson is a Human Resource Management professional who is responsible for formulating the Capital & Credit Financial Group's strategic and human resource goals, objectives and policies in conjunction with other members of the Executive Management team. She directs, coordinates and monitors the Group's human resource management and employee relations activities, and ensures compliance with company policies, applicable laws and regulations.

Mrs. Anderson has over 30 years experience in the financial sector, 18 of which were spent in the management, training and development of personnel in four commercial banks before joining the Group’s Executive body.  

She holds an Executive M.B.A. with a double major in Human Resource Management and Finance from the University of the West Indies, Mona; and a BSc. (Hons.) in Management Studies.

Mrs. Anderson brings wide and varied experience in all aspects of people management, especially in the areas of Policy Development and Implementation, Training & Development, Strategic and Business Planning, Compensation, Job Evaluation, Personnel Administration, Career Development, Counselling, Performance Management, Change Management and Employee Relations.

Mrs. Anderson represents the Capital & Credit Financial Group on the boards of the Jamaica Employers Federation and the Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica. She is a member of the Jamaican Institute of Management and has also served as President of the Rotary Club of St. Andrew

Michelle R. A. Wilson-Reynolds - Senior Vice President, Group Marketing & Corporate Affairs 

Michelle R. A. Wilson-Reynolds is Senior Vice President, Group Marketing & Corporate Affairs, with overall responsibility for strategic development and direction of the Capital & Credit market presence locally and overseas.

Her combined experience in communication and banking, spans more than 25 years, during which, she has held several senior management positions.

Mrs. Wilson-Reynolds holds a Masters in Business Administration (Hons) from the Nova Southeastern University and was named a member of the international honour society, Sigma Beta Delta. She is also equipped with a Bachelors of Arts Degree (Hons) Cum Laude, from PACE University, New York which earned her membership to the English Honour Society, Sigma Tau Delta.

She is a Fellow of the Dyson Society of Fellows and in 1985, was a recipient of the Press Association of Jamaica award for investigative journalism.

Mrs. Wilson-Reynolds, who remains an active member of the Jamaican society, was nominated by the public as one of Jamaica’s phenomenal women in April 2006.

She is the Founding and a Past Chairman of the National Youth in Agriculture Programme during 1993 to 2000 and was for 10 years a member of the Board of Directors for the Rural Agricultural Development Association (RADA).

The very driven philanthropist is also a member of the Board of Directors for United Way of Jamaica and a Trustee on the Board of Trustees for Wolmer’s Trust Schools.

She is the President of Wolmer’s Preparatory School PTA, a Board member of the JCDC Audit Sub Committee and a member of Women’s Leadership Initiative.

Mrs. Wilson-Reynolds lectures part-time at the University College of the Caribbean and is a former Deputy Head Girl of Wolmer’s High School.

Suzette Hemmings
Vice-President, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer


Suzette Hemmings
is Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for the Capital & Credit Financial Group. In this capacity, she is responsible for the establishment of an integrated risk management policy framework for all aspects of risks across the Group, including the quantification of management’s risk appetite through specific limits.

Miss Hemmings is a Chartered Accountant who has over 12 years auditing experience in both the local financial industry and the offshore banking industry. Miss Hemmings served as a Manager at Deloitte and Touche (Bahamas) before joining the Capital & Credit Financial Group (CCFG).

As CCFG’s Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, Miss Hemmings guides the Organisation’s leadership in the development of the Risk Management vision. She is also responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a comprehensive and integrated management strategy by focussing on the financial market, the regulatory environment, compliance and operational risks.

Miss Hemmings is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica; and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and ICAJ Current Affairs Committee.

Janet Small 
V. P. Finance & Planning 

 As Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of the Capital & Credit Financial Group, Mrs. Janet Small, has responsibility for the management and administration of Finance and Accounts for the Bank and its related companies.

A Chartered Accountant, Mrs. Small has held several positions within the Group over the past 11-years, prior to being appointed to her current position.
These include Manager for Banking Operations in 1999; Senior Manager for Total Quality, Network Operations & Processing; and Financial Controller.

Mrs. Small holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, with emphasis on Finance and Accounts, from the London-based Manchester Business School.

Janet Collins-Green - Assistant Vice President, Operations – Efficiency & Control, CCMB

As, Assistant Vice President, Operations – Efficiency & Control of Capital & Credit Merchant Bank Mrs. Collins-Green oversees the quality of the day to day operational activities of the Merchant Bank and Securities Company. She also ensures that the Operational Risk, of the companies in the Group is minimised and that the companies’ activities comply with the policies and procedures as set out by the Board of Directors and regulators. Mrs. Collins-Green has been with the company since August 1998 and has held a number of positions within the Capital & Credit Financial Group. Mrs. Collins-Green is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years banking experience.

Ernest Edwards
V.P. - Information Technology

As Vice-President Information Technology, Ernest Edwards directs the facilitation, design and implementation of technology processes as determined through the corporate strategies and user Group requirements, to meet the defined corporate goals and objectives. 

In this capacity, Mr. Edwards also ensures that the Group and its member companies have an integrated information management system supported by cutting-edge technology in order to achieve optimum productivity gains, value-added product enhancements and the delivery of excellent customer service.

Mr. Edwards brings to the post over 19 years knowledge and expertise in Banking and Information Technology. He holds a Masters (with Distinction) in Computer Based Management Information Systems (CBMIS) from the University of the West Indies and a BSc. (Hons) from the University of Technology in Jamaica.

Moya Leiba-Barnes - General Manager, CCMB  

As General Manager, Mrs. Leiba-Barnes is responsible for the overall management of the Retail Banking, Treasury & Investments Branch Operations of the Bank. She is a seasoned banker with more than 16 years experience in the financial industry. She has been with the company since April 2000, and has held several senior management positions. Mrs. Leiba-Barnes has an MBA in Banking & Finance from the University of the West Indies and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Management.

Jervis Hough - President & CEO, CCII 
 

Jervis Hough, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Capital & Credit International, Inc (CCII), with oversight of all aspects of the brokerages operations of CCII. He has the responsibility of devising the Firm’s corporate initiatives and executing the business plans set forth by the Capital & Credit Financial Group.

Mr. Hough has experience in Securities and the regulatory framework of capital markets, and has been instrumental in the growth of CCII and the expansion of its staff in Miami.

Mr. Hough holds a Master’s of Science in Applied Economics and an Undergraduate Degree in Economics, from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.

After beginning his Wall Street career with E*Trade Securities in Alpharetta, Georgia, Mr. Hough worked with the National Association of Securities Dealers, District Seven in Atlanta, Georgia, as a Compliance Examiner. In that capacity, he served as the regulatory liaison for 20 plus broker/dealers.

He also did a stint at the Bank of America Investment Services in 2004, as Assistant Vice President before joining Capital Markets Compliance in 2006, as Manager and Consultant.

Mr. Hough holds the Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Jamaica U.S.A. Chamber of Commerce in Miami, Florida.

Trudy-Ann L. Bartley Thompson serves the Capital & Credit Financial Group as Company Secretary, Senior Legal Counsel and Assistant Vice-President. She was appointed in May 2007. Mrs. Bartley-Thompson holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of the West Indies in addition to a Certificate in Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School.

Mrs. Bartley-Thompson possesses over seven years experience in Corporate and Commercial law, with particular expertise in statutory and regulatory requirements.

Mrs. Wiggan is the Group Internal Auditor since joining in 2002, with responsibilities for the Group’s Internal Audit Services.

Prior to joining the Group, Mrs. Wiggan held positions in auditing for 10 years with KPMG. Mrs. Wiggan is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from the Manchester Business School. She is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica.
